The designing process usually consists of two stages:

The first stage – The functional and spatial concept

Basing on the prior arrangements, according to your preferences and functional, visual and financial expectations we prepare functional and spatial concept. We present it to you as a photorealistic 3D visualization and 2D projections. It allows us to show you the designed interior before the implementation. According to your suggestions, we introduce the changes in the functional system and trimmings offered. Your full approval lets us move to the second stage of the design.

The second stage – The executive design

Basing on the final concept, we create a detailed technical documentation. It contains all the essential drawings and descriptions as a base of the design completion. It involves also the summary of trimmings, furnishing elements so as cost estimation. The material and cost overview regards also a financial estimation of all the finishing works.
